For different omics analyses, the required sample size varies depending on your sample type. You can visit our service page where we provide detailed information on sample requirements.

Do I need to pre-process my samples before sending them to you?

We highly recommend that you complete the pre-processing of your samples before sending them to us. You can download commonly used sample pre-processing methods from our document download page. If you need additional assistance, feel free to contact us anytime. We also offer sample pre-processing services, but there may be an additional fee, especially for complex samples.

Where does your company complete project services?

Depending on your specific project requirements, most omics services can be delivered in the US. However, for CRO and more complex projects, we may deliver services in China. Our platform in China has larger capacity and more equipment. Don't worry, we will assist you with any customs clearance issues.

Does your company provide bioinformatics analysis services?

Of course, we offer bioinformatics analysis services. You can either send us the raw data, or we can directly analyze the data generated from LC-MS/MS of your samples. We will provide the final results in the form of a PDF report sent via email.

In what form I will receive the results?

If you only require the data generated from LC-MS/MS analysis, once the testing is completed, we will email you all the data or upload it to an Amazon cloud platform for you to download. If you need bioinformatics analysis and a comprehensive report, we can compile sample processing methods, data processing, database searches, bioinformatics analysis workflow, and data into a PDF report and email it to you.
